The LF-24 is designed for controlled freezing of plasma in professional blood and plasma processing environments.
The system uses high-velocity circulating cold air to provide efficient heat transfer while plasma bags are held in dedicated cassette positions. The cassette system supports controlled freezing and produces flat frozen plasma bags that are easy to handle, store and transport. The LF-24 continuously monitors the freezing process and provides the operator with process status, temperature information, alarms and batch-related information through its Human Machine Interface (HMI). Under specified operating conditions, the LF-24 is designed to achieve a plasma core temperature of ≤ −25°C within 60 minutes. Individual batches can be monitored during operation, supporting continuous workflow without requiring all plasma bags to be loaded simultaneously.
