Customized large freezer for batch freezing of more than 56 bags of 300 ml plasma in one batch. The capacity is up to 22 litres of plasma per hour.
Separate loading rack inserts on trolley. Time for unloading and loading is approximately 5 minutes. Electronic control system with touch screen display. The freezing time for lowering the core temperature from +20°C to -30°C is approximately 45 minutes.
The bags are frozen horizontally between supporting surfaces giving flat products, easy to handle and store.
